Fee simple: Property owned absolutely, with the owner having unconditional power of disposition. Felony: A serious crime, usually punishable by long term imprisonment or death, as opposed to the lesser crimes or misdemeanors. Fiduciary: A person holding property in a trust capacity for the benefit of another. Executors, guardians, and trustees are fiduciaries. |
