- City
Courts handle violations of local ordinances, such as cases involving
traffic, housing or disorderly conduct. They also may handle minor
criminal matters such as misdemeanors, and civil cases that involve
a certain monetary value.

though jurors are called to service by the county, they may be referred
to serve as a juror in a City Court.
